How It All Started

Hi! I'm Paige Elliott, the founder of Ell’s Gourmet Popcorn, and my journey started in Hastings, Michigan in 2018. In June, I took a leap of faith and moved to Conway, South Carolina to attend my dream school, Coastal Carolina — and to continue growing something of my own.

What began as a simple idea quickly turned into a passion for creating unique, dessert-inspired popcorn flavors that people genuinely love. Every step of this journey has been about taking risks, staying creative, and building something meaningful.

Why I started Ell's

I wanted to create more than just a snack — I wanted to build a brand that brings people together. Whether it’s a gift, a celebration, or just a late-night craving, Ell’s Gourmet Popcorn is made to make people smile.

More Than Just Popcorn

Moving to Conway opened the door to something bigger — building connections within the community and supporting other small businesses through initiatives like Hometown Goods. My goal is to keep growing Ell’s into something that not only serves great products, but also brings people together.
